“Development of local self-government in the context of the implementation of the powers of local self-government”
“The urgency of this topic is due, in particular, to the reform of local self-government, which continues in our country and provides for the decentralization of power through the transfer of village, city, town councils significant powers in managing administrative territories and communities. These are the general principles of European self-government.
The purpose of my publications within the project is to highlight the urgent problems of communities, in particular in the management of natural resources available in the community, as well as to show effective ways to solve them in the practical experience of successful united communities.”
