“I want to give an international voice to the problem and draw the maximum attention of the European people, including its human rights structures, to the development of mechanisms of pressure on the aggressor country, whose policy led to the occupation of Ukraine and caused these problems. And to identify problems in the process of reintegration of released prisoners of conscience and call on state and public structures to solve these problems.”
